I created a new favorite breakfast! It’s seasonal and has protein, carbs, fat, and freggies (fruit/veggie).
Just a reminder: this is not a food blog so I do not have it set up to print the recipes.

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup milk (I use dairy free)
- 1/2 cup, Rolled oats
- 1 tbsp, Coconut Sugar (or brown sugar)
- 1/4 tsp(s), pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 cup, Egg white
- 1/3 cup, Apple
- 1/4 cup, Organic Pumpkin
Procedure
- Bring milk and water to boil.
- Add rolled oats.
- Boil for 10 minutes.
- Whisk in pumpkin, coconut sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and egg whites. Keep whisking constantly to keep the egg from scrambling.
- Pour the oatmeal into a bowl and top with diced apple and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
Let me know how you like it!
Additional adjustments:
If you’re not feeling pumpkin, you can add sliced banana and strawberry, blueberries, or any fruit that you like!
