Several years ago I came up with a master list of all of the meals that we regularly make (or have made) and I thought I would share it with you! There are some recipes linked and many just in my mind (so if you’re interested, I can share with you).
Breakfasts:
Fried eggs, toast, and fruit
Scrambled eggs on corn tortillas
Whole Wheat Banana Pumpkin Muffins
Whole Wheat Banana Crumb Muffins
Pancakes (homemade)
Homemade granola and Greek yogurt (homemade or store bought)
Instant pot oatmeal
Homemade cinnamon rolls
Lunches:
Leftovers
Sandwiches (PB&J, PB & honey, uncured lunch meat and cheese, etc)
Finger foods (hard boiled eggs, lunch meat/salami/summer sausage, cheese, veggies/fruits)
English muffin pizzas
Quesadillas
Salad with beans and lots of veggies (add chicken sometimes)
Dinners:
Burrito bowls (homemade pinto beans, rice, avocado, diced tomato, shredded cheese, sour cream)
Pasta and homemade sauce
Quesadillas
Roast with potatoes and carrots
Southwestern soup
Tomato soup and grilled cheese (with homemade bread)
Hot dogs (uncured)
Hamburgers (on homemade buns)
Breakfast for dinner (Brinner)
Meatloaf
Homemade sloppy Joes (on homemade buns)
Shepherd’s Pie
Egg Roll in a Bowl
Sausage, peppers, potatoes, onions
Sausage and cabbage
Skillet chicken (chicken breast with canned diced tomatoes)
Beef and veggie soup
Chicken and rice
Salsa chicken on tortillas
Roasted/grilled chicken thighs
Grilled or pan seared pork chops
Potato and ham cream cheese soup

Homemade Breads:
This is a really good idea! Your kids will love having this list as they go out on their own. Capturing family recipes to ensure that the next generation can make them is the whole reason I started my blog, waaaaaay later in the process than you. Awesome sauce!
