
Now that it’s summer, I will be focusing on eating for wellness and not just convenience. We will be traveling some, but some of that will be included in this plan.
I bought some fresh food from Natural Grocers, but I also have a lot of food here as well. I have so much food here actually. I have some great meal ideas in my head and I’m excited about putting them into a plan!
Here are some pics of much of the food that we will be taking and/or that I will be working with at home. There are a few things that I will be buying such as cabbage (red and green), bananas, bread, and some lunch meat. But most everything is here. I also have quite a few healthy frozen meals that I will eat for lunches. And most importantly, I have a lot of meat in my freezer so the only meat I’m showing here is what we are taking on our trip.






I’m going to do what I normally do and just list breakfasts and lunches, assign dinners to specific days, and create a list of food prep that needs to happen ahead of time.

- Green smoothie and toast or English muffin (with peanut butter and raw honey)

- Sandwich: deli meat, sliced cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickle, etc on homemade bread
