Meal Plan for May 31st-June 13th

Now that it’s summer, I will be focusing on eating for wellness and not just convenience. We will be traveling some, but some of that will be included in this plan.

I bought some fresh food from Natural Grocers, but I also have a lot of food here as well. I have so much food here actually. I have some great meal ideas in my head and I’m excited about putting them into a plan!

Here are some pics of much of the food that we will be taking and/or that I will be working with at home. There are a few things that I will be buying such as cabbage (red and green), bananas, bread, and some lunch meat. But most everything is here. I also have quite a few healthy frozen meals that I will eat for lunches. And most importantly, I have a lot of meat in my freezer so the only meat I’m showing here is what we are taking on our trip.

I’m going to do what I normally do and just list breakfasts and lunches, assign dinners to specific days, and create a list of food prep that needs to happen ahead of time.


  • Homemade Greek yogurt and homemade granola
  • Eggs, fruit, and toast or English muffin (with peanut butter and raw honey)
  • Green smoothie and toast or English muffin (with peanut butter and raw honey)
  • Bacon, eggs, potatoes (as is or in a tortilla)
  • Breakfast sandwiches
  • Waffles
  • Cereal


  • Sandwich: deli meat, sliced cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickle, etc on homemade bread
  • Salad with smoked salmon and Triscuits
  • Tuna salad
  • Charcuterie board
  • Leftovers


  • Monday, May 31st- Burrito bowls
  • Tuesday, June 1st- Eat out
  • Wednesday, June 2nd- Chicken sausage and asparagus & zucchini/squash, couscous & quinoa mix
  • Thursday, June 3rd- Steaks, mini potatoes, salad, coconut brown rice
  • Friday, June 4th- Brinner (bacon, eggs, potatoes)
  • Saturday, June 5th- Pork loin, veggies, and homemade bread
  • Sunday, June 6th- Out of town, eat out
  • Monday, June 7th- Out of town, eat out
  • Tuesday, June 8th- Out of town, eat out
  • Wednesday, June 9th- Egg roll in a bowl
  • Thursday, June 10th- Chicken drumsticks and veggies
  • Friday, June 11th- Frozen meal
  • Saturday, June 12th- Homemade pizza
  • Sunday, June 13th- Dinner with mom and dad


  • Veggies with ranch dip
  • Fruit
  • String cheese
  • Olives and pickles
  • Triscuits
  • Protein bars
  • Smoothies
  • Almonds
  • Beef jerky
